Terms of Services

You agree to TAYGO's Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information that you provide to us.

You must have an account with us (a "TAYGO Account") to use the Services. During registration, we will ask for your information, including your name and other personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update us promptly when such information changes. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your TAYGO Account, including actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the TAYGO Account of any user who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information or fails to comply with our requirements.

We may amend the Agreement at any time with reasonable notice, including by posting the revised version on our website or communicating it through the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You agree that we may provide disclosures and notices electronically, which will be deemed received within 24 hours of posting or sending.

You may not:

• Work around or circumvent technical limitations, reverse engineer, or enable disabled features.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the services.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute TAYGO materials.

• Export the services in violation of US law.

• Transfer rights granted under this Agreement.

• Violate or infringe third-party rights.

• Use the services in violation of laws.

• Use for illegal activity.

• Use the services except as allowed.

We may share information with law enforcement if your account is used illegally.

You retain all rights to content you provide ("Content"). However, certain restrictions apply (false, obscene, defamatory, infringing, harmful, etc.). TAYGO may remove Content at its discretion.

We do not warrant compatibility with your devices or third-party services.

• You receive only a license to use TAYGO Technology, not ownership.

• All copies of documentation remain TAYGO’s property.

• TAYGO complies with the DMCA and respects intellectual property rights.

Confidential Information must not be disclosed without consent, except under legal requirements. Breaches may result in injunctive relief.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. We use security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

You consent to receive communications from us, including email, texts, calls, and push notifications. Standard rates may apply. You may opt out, but this may affect your use of Services.

We may offer Subscription Services or Custom Services. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay all fees and taxes. Fees are billed to your linked payment method. Subscription Services auto-renew unless canceled.

• Free Trial Period. From time to time, we may offer a free trial for certain Subscription Services (the “Free Trial”). The duration of any Free Trial will be stated at sign-up or in your TAYGO Account.

• Automatic Conversion. Unless you cancel before the Free Trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription Service, and the then-current Service Fee and applicable taxes will be charged to your linked payment method on or after the first day following the end of the Free Trial.

• How to Cancel to Avoid Charges. You may cancel at any time during the Free Trial and prior to the trial ending to prevent payment. To cancel, follow the cancellation flow in your TAYGO Account settings (or, if you subscribed through a third-party app store, you must cancel through that provider’s subscription settings). Cancellations via email or support tickets are not effective unless we expressly confirm in writing.

• Effective Time of Cancellation. A cancellation is effective when submitted through the applicable cancellation flow and successfully confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, the Free Trial ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the trial.

• No Charges if Timely Canceled. If you cancel before the Free Trial ends, you will not be charged any Service Fee for that Subscription Service

• After Conversion. Once the Free Trial converts to a paid subscription, charges are incurred pursuant to Section 12 and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

• Eligibility and Abuse. Free Trials are offered at our discretion, may be limited to new customers, are one per account/organization unless we state otherwise, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time to prevent abuse.
